The workout dashboard has slightly evolved since my last post and it now includes triathlon mileage. As for pushups and situps, this hasn’t changed much but my monthly goals have been accomplished. This is starting to get me more excited about training for an adventure race or possibly a triathlon in the near future. The only problem is all the travelling I do for work. It makes it more difficult to have consistent training patterns, however hotel treadmills are a second best. As for another idea to add to my dashboard, I’m considering a way to track water consumption. Not sure how this is going to work but I’ll figure something out.
